How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement, including delivery.
Can I swap for a different print?
Yes. Choose any print in any size within 30 days after delivery. If it costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less we refund the difference. Delivery of the new print is free.
Can I have a refund instead?
Yes, within 30 days after delivery for unused prints. You pay the return postage and we refund within 10 days of receiving it. Full refund policy.
